An open and attractive stand that create a dynamic experience.

Eurovo is a leading European producer and distributor of eggs and egg products. A family-run business for three generations, which today brings together many brands, that offer to private and professionals a wide range of fresh or preserved products. The Eurovo Group chose the design studio One Farm Design for the design of the exhibition stand during the 2020 edition of Sigep in Rimini. One of the most significant international fairs, dedicated to food, that brings together the world excellences on market. The exhibition stand thus becomes a business card in a very important showcase and creates fundamental networking opportunities. The One Farm Design studio curate the exhibition stand project for Eurovo Group’s at 360. From concept to design, from the choices of furniture to the setting up, and artistic direction of the onsite works. A project that has seen a close collaboration and a perfect teamwork between the designers of our studio, the customer and the technical workers.

CONCEPT

The work of One Farm Design always begins by listening to client requests and by a careful analysis of the goals to achieve. In this particular case for Eurovo Group, the focus of this large stand (213 sqm total) was on the products to display. At the same time, a functional stand was needed, which could host the rich program of show cooking, demonstrations, debates and interviews planned by the customer. An open and attractive stand that create a dynamic experience. The central focus of the stand is represented by the show cooking area, a large fully equipped kitchen, ready to use for the chefs hired from company. Towards the outside, clearly visible from the central lane, a double height (5 meters) LED wall was placed to drawing the attention of visitors both on the activities inside the stand and on the creations of the chefs in the exhibition area in front.

PROCESS

The stand features several backlit walls that create an high visual attention on Eurovo products. A solution that enhances the packaging products, creating at the same time chromatic focal points. We happily overcomed challenges that arisen, who were able to design and build a large stand, on two floors, with three open sides. The ground floor, of 128 square meters, houses two kitchens. In addition to the space equipped for show cooking, a second larger kitchen has been created for the preparation of meals for guests of Gruppo Eurovo. The second floor, 85 square meters, is reserved for communication and networking of visitors. An interview area dedicated to chefs, with 40 seats and a small bar for aperitifs. A second floor more private, reserved, but always involved in the activities of the stand thanks to the balcony overlooking the demo area. An exciting and suggestive opportunity to follow the work of chefs from above.
