Architectural restyling of a 1970s private residence
The project comes from the desire to give a new identity to a private home from the 1970s through a complete architectural renovation. One Farm Design worked on the composition of volumes and the external image of the building, defining a contemporary language inspired by modern American villas. Clean surfaces, large glazed openings, and a new lateral entrance redefine both the visual presence and functionality of the house, confirming the studio’s ability to operate effectively in the field of architecture and building design.
