For the development of the project of this private house, the design studio One Farm Design followed a minimalist style, creating a house with clean lines but with innovative and refined solutions. The two-family has a modern architectural style that is also reflected in the design of the interior, in the choice of furniture and in the lighting design, again by the studio One Farm Design and the artistic director of this project, the designer Giulia Ramina. The terraced house is spread over three floors. On the first floor we find the sleeping area, on the ground floor the living area, the kitchen and the living room, to conclude with the tavern and the spa area in the basement. The two fundamental features of this house are the shapes and volumes deconstructed thanks to an interesting use of plasterboard, and the play of lights created by the LED profiles that enrich the minimal interior decor.
