The project for this newly built house was born from the desire of owner to make his living space unique and characterized in according to its personality. So our design studio One Farm Design then intervened changing the interior and devised innovative and functional design solutions. In addition to dealing with the internal redistribution of space and the interior design of house. The studio One Farm Design took care of the works and the artistic direction, taking care of the choice of finishes, lighting design and the choice of furnishing accessories. The house is spread over three floors: the basement, a living area with kitchen, bathroom and garage, and the first floor with the master bedroom with walk-in closet, master bathroom, a secondary bedroom and bathroom. We were focused on the living area, creating a functional and wide-ranging open space. The house has a precise stylistic imprint, clear and that is consistent in all environments. The staircase that connects the ground floor to the first floor is the element that inspired the style of the entire house. The staircase, designed by One Farm Design, is a suspended structure formed by several black metal plates, covered with naturalized oak and inserted directly into the wall. The result is a marked contrast between the black metal and the deliberately white wall that creates a play of cuts, the stylistic signature of the entire project. The naturalized oak, that we find in all environments of living and sleeping areas, gives a warm shade to the ambient.
