The staircase was already present in the original building and thanks to the renovation project of the design studio One Farm Design is completely redefined. The two ramps develop along a curved line have large steps. The staircase draws sinuous and irregular geometric lines, a sort of tropical plant with “branches”, represented by the tie rods and handrails that originate from the ceiling and end in the floor. The white resin with which it is coated goes perfectly with the choice of materials of the living area. The rooms are defined by the sharp contrast between the white resin flooring of the kitchen and the brushed and pickled oak parquet of the living room. In front of the staircase is the operating space of the kitchen, a peninsula in white natural stone on which rests the hob. A counter, appliances and a large window illuminate the worktop. In the living room, the old garage doors have been replaced with two large windows that give the house a bright natural light. In the study of interior spaces, the choice of white, heated by the tones of wood, gives lightness and breadth.
