Formal research and sculptural design for high-end collections
Edra is a table that explores product design as a study of form and new visual languages. Designed by Elvis Pettenuzzo, the project transforms structural rigidity into a dynamic gesture: a sequence of curved elements generating a continuous spiral, light and harmonious, with a strong sculptural presence. The glass top reveals the structure beneath, making it the main feature and highlighting the purity of the design.
The project began as an experimental study, but it also represents an example of the skills One Farm Design can offer to companies: concept development, collection definition, early engineering, material selection, and proportion studies for products intended for industrial production or high-end furniture.
Edra expresses One Farm Design’s creative approach in proposing distinctive solutions and designing furniture elements conceived to become part of coordinated collections.
